The blue suit seems to have a shoulder pocket, the khaki one linked seems to have a very different one,
also, the cuffs seem to be different

The FORT aramid suits have been something I have followed for a while Smiley

My theory about them is as follows:

Kevlar coveralls were purchased from GH Armor Systems around 2007, and sold to some soldiers in Alfa through Tactica.  Alfa requested that FORT produce a domestic copy, and so evolved the Python coveralls.  The suit we see in the photos is some evolution of that coverall.  It has reinforced knees and elbows, flexible material around the shoulder, and various pockets and velcro patches.  These suits are made to order in runs for the FSB and OMSN.  You can also see the suits in FORT product promotional testing with the armed forces.

You can't use the reference photos on the FORT website for anything.  They're out of date, and they don't show the models actually manufactured for the FSB or OMSN.

I've got two different sets of FORT coveralls coming in soon.  I'll post the labels and manufacturer's information when I get them in.

Thanks for the info neoptolemus,

But when I look at the top picture and look at the arms and legs, just don't look like a armored suit, seems so thin, but Im sure Im worng and maybe the picture is just playing a trick on me.

Check it again:

http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/511/dsc4071ttt.jpg

You can see the same details:

-Velcro for a patches
-Zip on the right upper arm
-Reinforced knees and elbows
-Flex material on the shoulders

This isn't an armored suit.  The aramid content in the fabric is to make it fire/flash proof and reduce the risk of tearing/cutting when entering through doors or windows with broken glass.

We can see this same model suit in use with Alfa:

And OMSN Lynx:

And during trials with the Armed Forces:

This is usual assault overalls (not armored) made by order for some units, as I know it was made in different models. And that product by order isn't present in the catalog it is normal practice in Russia for the manufacturers which are focused on armed forces.

I think this suit is in part based on the Python, but not the same product.  We won't know until someone sees the label or takes a photo of it.

Set 1 is en route. It looks like a light aramid set.

Set 2 is going to sit in Russia for a little bit longer, but I can tell you in advance that it's armored and not the mystery set.

I saw another version similar to the mystery set that had reinforced knees, velcro for patches, but no flex material around the shoulder.

I'm still waiting on delivery of the coveralls, but in the mean time, please check out these coveralls by Guy Leroy of France:

I think inspiration of FORT coveralls becomes more clear Wink

Is this contacted through FORT or a "friend". I'm half tempted to email but then again they probably don't ship to US yea?

Dex already has one in his possession.  Maybe that means a reproduction could be arranged if enough people asked?  Wink

Good news: FORT is starting to sell replicas of "Fortress" coveralls (something like in the photo with Grad), Defender-2 vests, and Redut vests.

They will sell to both private individuals and dealers, with the price based on quantity.

Model K15A (from TsSN) appears to be marginally different than model Fortress, which appears in these photos of Grad (blue suit).

The replica of the Fortress suit will be available in olive, blue, and digital camo. No replica of the K15 is planned.
