I was airsofting with homies today in the woods and the f***ers picked the only spot with one zone of approach and sat there waiting for me for over 45 minutes! they're not in the best shape but this typical. Does anyone have suggestions/ similar stories about this camping business?

Also, after an hour and a half of being this non-sense I just went up the house and made lunch, they asked I cooked any for them!

Glorious exposition Comrade,

In all seriousness, maybe He lay down on the forest floor when he saw/heard you move, waited for you to move closer and shot you. That's a legit procedure.

Find 'em, Fix 'em, Flank 'em, and Fuck 'em. Roll with a buddy and fire and maneuver. Pin them down in one spot then get around. If there's only one avenue of approach, they're holed up in a cave or you're just not trying hard enough.

Thunder B's and TLSFX Pea grenades.  Grenades of sorts usually tend to get rid of issues like that.

Just have some suppressing fire on them and move up for a better shot.

But its hard to comment on this scenario when i/we don't know know how it looks Wink.

Most of the time the real world isn't like a video game.  Theres nowhere you can camp that I can eventually come up behind you if you are dumb enough to stay put Smiley  Ya know either that or mass fire power till they are crying and then bayonet charge them.

Complaining about camping = typical video game behavior.

Since World War I, there has been a lot of camping around.

If people are camping, light a fire, break out some rations, and join them. Commune together. Get to know your fellow stalkers.

Have more objective based games that force them to move, or make a rule stating that you can't stay in the same spot for more then X number of minuets.

I can definately see a frustrated french marshal, after conveying a classic charge upon the enemy, cry out "Le boche campers! Zey are noobs!"

I don't know your game camp but this is typical problem of small camp that have one or plus bottleneck (obligatory passage).
There are 2 way for this problem,
first move like squad and use cover fire of other member to move and hit enemy (fire and movement)
second try to open some new way to move and arrive behind the enemy (are so hard in first play but try now, try again, try again........ you open new way and when there are 3-4 way to move people don't campers to waiting you)

My private impression McTAZ

Have a similer experiance but we play at a old car factory that was destroyed during hurricanes (one of the team members owns the facility) There is one room up stairs at the end of the building with a 3ft broken hole in the window and one exit/entrace nearly evergame there is the same two people up there one with a MG atthe window over looking the entire map and the other gaurding the door litterally the only way to kill them is getting a gernade in that 3ft hole

Hit it with a replica RPO (Nerf football), then have the referee explain that not only are they dead, but their hiding spot is now unusable.
