If like me, your a buyer who browses and buys, you at a disadvantage like I am. I got a PM from Soviet propaganda the other day and he said the website will be up soon.

Received my second delivery from Dmitry. Dmitry provides by far the best service I have ever had from any internet seller I have ever dealt with (and there have been many), I really couldnt recommend him enough!!! Cheesy

Got another package, swiftly and to my satisfaction. The only downside was that some items where wrong, but since I gave the Splav product numbers for them, I guess I either got them wrong from the catalog or someone at Splav fucked up. No shame on Dmitry!

After being burned by other dealers I am apprehensive in dealing with anyone initially.I have this to report about my first transaction with "Soviet-Propaganda" aka "Dmitry"..
I purchased a "Partizan" suit and patrol hat. I missed the initial order date but 30 days later recieved a reminder email that my order was placed and that I would recieve a package in a few weeks (Califonia, USA). He sent several emails to make sure that we were clear on which items I wanted and what sizes. True to his word my package arrive shortly, uniform and cap in my sizes, good to go.(and he sent it registered so nothing gets "lost" in the mail).Also of note is that the price of the patrol cap was different than originally quoted but he sent it anyway, asking me to make the diffence up on the next order (soon to be placed). No problem!!
Our transactions where totally professional. I am ceratin our future dealings will go as easily.
"Soviet-Propaganda" / Dmitry is the dealer I have been looking for. Professional, curtious and knowledgeable. And connected to the many dealers in Russia.Will I deal with him again?Would I reccommend him?? Absolutely!!

Got a team order today, took a little longer than last time, but I suspect that was due to St Petersburg customs examining package for a couple of days longer than last time. Highly recommended, as usual  Afro

Got my Smersh rig yesterday. the package took a while going thru st. pete customs but actual time took just a little over two weeks.

great communications, great prices, easy to deal with. highly recommended!
